Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, demos, trainings, and onboarding alongside AEs and CSMs
- Translate real legal work into Harvey solutions across the customer lifecycle
- Engage with leading law firms and legal teams throughout the pre-sales process
- Lead collaborative pilot programs and guide prospects through what is possible with AI
- Work alongside lawyers to understand workflows, build tailored solutions, and demonstrate value in real legal use cases
- Bring prospect feedback back into the product to help shape the product roadmap
- Lead onboarding and enablement and sit down with practice groups to build agents on real matters
- Translate legal practice needs into actionable feedback for product and engineering
- Meet with group heads, general counsel, and senior stakeholders to learn how key processes run
- Design bespoke resources including agents, playbooks, and other tools using natural language prompting
Requirements
- JD or equivalent legal qualification
- 3 + years of practicing law in-house, at a top-tier law firm, or advising a sophisticated corporate legal team
- Strong understanding of the workflows, challenges, and demands of in-house legal teams, including balancing legal risk with business priorities
- Executive presence and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish credibility with legal and business stakeholders at all levels
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Deep curiosity about AI's potential to transform legal work, paired with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset and bias toward action
- Track record partnering with senior stakeholders to drive results
Workplace
- Travel around 2-3+ times per month may be required for significant business needs, typically for 1-3 days at a time
