Automate and scale RFP submissions to acquire new licenses.
Streamline royalty report generation.
Publish and maintain up-to-date licensing guidelines and SOPs.
Collaborate with Tech, Product, Sales, and Design to implement initiatives.
Coach and support the team through documentation, SOPs, and direct feedback.

At least 3+ years in operations, licensing, compliance, or similar roles.
At least 1+ years of experience managing a team.
Strong project management and workflow optimization skills.
Experience identifying inefficient processes and implementing automation or tools.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong relationship-building skills with a professional style.
Familiarity with US university and Greek life culture, or willingness to learn.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Comfortable navigating multiple tools and systems.
