About the role
- The Senior Manager, Business Recruiting will lead recruiting teams to drive hiring strategies and partner with HR teams and business leaders.
- This role acts as a strategic partner to business stakeholders, providing recruiting subject matter expertise and scaling recruiting teams for global organizational growth.
Responsibilities
- Hire and develop high-performing teams while establishing and executing objectives.
- Lead teams to reach quarterly hiring goals and OKRs.
- Coach teams to prioritize diverse talent pipelines and foster relationships with active and passive candidates.
- Manage strategic or leadership level roles when required.
- Facilitate training sessions for recruiters and leaders on sourcing, interviewing, profile identification, and process workflow.
- Mentor and develop individual contributors and in-team leaders.
- Use funnel metrics to drive actions and change management regarding resource and operational challenges.
- Ensure the recruiting process remains fast, efficient, and human-centric.
Requirements
- 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience.
- 4+ years of experience leading recruiting teams.
- Experience managing mid-sized teams.
- Excellent cross-team collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Superior ability to sell value propositions, negotiate, and close candidates.
- Skilled at operating with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to navigate and pivot to changing business needs using data.
