The Membership Manager supports the Head of Membership at Soho Warehouse DTLA in managing member acquisition, retention, and daily member relations.
This hands-on role involves administrative oversight of membership processes, committee coordination, and ensuring members adhere to house rules and values.
The position serves as a primary point of contact for members, requiring strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and facilitate engagement.

Manage the member introduction calendar and lead new member onboarding sessions.
Record and monitor member behavior and feedback using Salesforce.
Identify potential churn risks and assist in executing member retention strategies.
Plan and draft monthly member outreach emails in collaboration with the Global Marketing team.
Coordinate with Committee members to ensure timely submission of membership applications.
Prepare membership applications and approval lists for Committee meetings.
Attend Membership Committee meetings to provide administrative support and take notes.
Maintain accurate member records and assist in preparing performance reports.
Manage membership-related email correspondence and member requests.
Support outreach initiatives and events focused on membership growth.
