About the role
- As a .Net - Associate Technical Architect, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible.
- You bring 8+ of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.
Responsibilities
- Define microservices architecture around Sitecore XP including service boundaries, integration patterns, and API contracts.
- Lead Algolia migration design covering indexing strategy, data pipelines, relevance tuning, and cutover/rollback.
- Produce solution designs, ADRs and estimates.
- Build and review code in .NET 8/10 and C#, set engineering standards, mentor developers, and drive responsible adoption of AI-assisted coding.
- Implement Azure Functions, Service Bus, Blob Storage and Azure SQL, and own CI/CD in Azure DevOps.
- Define test strategy including unit, integration, and API testing with NUnit/xUnit and Postman.
- Flag technical risks and dependencies early to PM and stakeholders.
- Communicate technical decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders and support solutioning, estimation and client discussions.
Requirements
- Hands-on Tech Lead / Associate Architect to lead design and delivery of .NET microservices on an Azure platform currently running on Sitecore XP.
- Own technical direction for the squad, ensure quality, security and predictable delivery, and work closely with the Project Manager, client stakeholders and the DXP practice.
