The Night Manager at Redchurch Townhouse is responsible for ensuring the safety of members and employees during the overnight shift.
This role oversees all front office operations and acts as a brand ambassador, supporting the overall guest and member experience.

Ensure the safety of all members and employees throughout the overnight shift.
Oversee all front office operations during the evening and overnight shift.
Anticipate guest needs to enhance service quality and train the department to deliver the same.
Maintain a motivated and high-performing team to provide service excellence.
Manage member and guest complaints proactively and resolve situations efficiently.
Complete daily responsibilities including reports, SHOP submission, and financial declarations.
Conduct induction and onboarding for new night staff within two weeks.
Follow the Soho House Dirty Dozen and safety procedures, including emergency protocols.
Assist the House Manager and General Manager in ensuring financial policies and procedures are followed.
Manage the team to meet objectives and retain staff in line with company targets.

Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar capacity.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
Must be hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service, and respectful.
Ability to demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule and Club School.
Ability to work and maximize relationships within a diverse team.
Full understanding of local authority requirements.
Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays.
