About the role

  • As a People Program Manager, you will partner with teams and leaders from across the business to drive execution, manage program lifecycles, and build lasting, scalable organizational solutions.
  • You will join the rapidly growing People PM Team, diving deep into critical workflows from talent acquisition to compensation and emerging as the directly accountable owner for key People Programs.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll lead and execute critical projects within the People organization, ensuring successful delivery against business objectives.
  • See projects through from conception to tactical completion to move Anduril forward with an insanely high execution bar.
  • Develop, own, and maintain comprehensive program schedules, project briefs, trackers, and risk/opportunity registers to ensure on-schedule delivery.
  • Use your qualitative and quantitative skill set to tackle complex problems with strong analytical thinking to design key analyses that influence operational decisions.
  • Build trust and credibility with senior partners, acting as the primary interface and translating complex people data into clear, actionable project plans.
  • Communicate across teams, bridging different parts of the organization, crafting compelling narratives and project updates that align stakeholders and drive positive program outcomes and alignment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in program management, internal operations, human resources, or management consulting.
  • Proven experience managing the end-to-end execution of moderately complex programs, including risk mitigation, task tracking, and stakeholder management.
  • You are motivated by our mission to solve the biggest problems in defense.
  • Thrive in cross-functional projects that have a combination of technical requirements and user-focused workflows.
  • Get energy from being a thought partner to others, using sound judgment to determine next steps with minimal direction.
  • You are empathetic and eager to see the world from your users’ perspective.
  • Love solving complex, cross-functional problems in a people-centric way.
  • High ownership and low ego, approaching everything with strong outcome orientation and high humility.
  • Proactively step into the gap to offer solutions yourself rather than waiting on others.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to present complex project details, trade-offs, and metrics clearly and concisely.

Benefits

  • Top-tier benefits for full-time employees
  • Highly competitive equity grants included in the majority of full time offers
  • Comprehensive, competitive benefits package supported in health, recovery, and whatever comes next
