The Premium Services Manager is responsible for managing business goals, enhancing the experience, and retaining the business of all Arena Suite Owners, Premier Suite Holders, Premier Table & Lounge Clients, Lexus Club Members, and theater Box Holders.
This role serves as a key position within the Premium Services team at Crypto.com Arena.

Manage all Arena and theater event communication distributed to the Premium Seating client base of approximately 1,000 members.
Manage high call volume and emails as the primary contact for all Premium Seating members.
Create ticket vouchers for all requests within the CRM system.
Maintain accuracy for reporting within the ticket management system.
Educate Suite Administrators and guests on the online food and beverage ordering software.

BA/BS Degree (4-year) in a hospitality or customer service field.
4-6 years of related customer service experience in sales, preferably in an arena, hotel, or retail setting.
Excellent people skills with the ability to interact professionally, diplomatically, and maturely.
Highly organized with good coordinating and project management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong verbal and written English language skills.
Demonstrated excellence in providing superior customer service.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a high-pressure environment.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of ticketing, CRM, and/or food and beverage ordering software.
