About the role
- The Preschool Coordinator provides leadership and care for all aspects of the kids ministry for children ranging from babies to kindergarten.
- This role focuses on implementing ministry strategies, managing volunteer teams, and ensuring a safe and engaging weekend experience.
Responsibilities
- Select and equip a volunteer team for the Christ Fellowship Kids team.
- Prepare and distribute weekend resources.
- Implement Christ Fellowship Kids strategy to grow campus attendance.
- Ensure the weekend experience for kids is safe, fun, meaningful, and engaging.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events and spiritual milestones.
- Support the supervision of midweek programming.
- Contribute to Central Team initiative development and implementation.
- Attend weekly staff meetings and department meetings.
- Serve as an Early Childhood PHASE expert.
Requirements
- College graduate or degree in progress.
- 1 year of experience in a kids’ ministry environment as staff or volunteer.
Preferred qualifications
- Focus in early childhood education
