- Help evolve scalable template systems and slide libraries to ensure consistency, efficiency, and alignment across the organization
- Apply advanced PowerPoint capabilities such as custom layouts, animations, transitions, charts, and visual systems to elevate storytelling

- Experience designing charts, process flows, system diagrams, timelines, frameworks, and other complex presentation graphics
- Ability to simplify complex information without distorting the underlying meaning or removing essential detail
- Strong stakeholder-intake skills, including asking clarifying questions, identifying the intended takeaway, and resolving gaps or ambiguity in source material
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or another vector-design tool for creating custom presentation graphics
- Ability to build reusable, editable visual components in PowerPoint, not just place flattened artwork into slides
- A portfolio demonstrating before-and-after transformations of complex content, data, or rough source material into effective presentation visuals
