- The position involves coordination with notaries, funds, and corporate clients.
Responsibilities
- Support in procedures before notaries, public registries, and administrative bodies.
- Management of financial instruments and standard corporate documentation.
- Coordination with clients and executives for document signing.
- Endorsement of promissory notes and coordination for their delivery to funds.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and risk and compliance procedures (KYC/AML).
- Basic review of legal documents under supervision.
- Update legal document databases and management reporting.
- Collaborate with the legal and operations departments on regulatory compliance and audits.
Requirements
- Studies in Law in progress or completed.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal relationships and ability to coordinate multiple actors.
- Availability to perform in-person procedures at notaries and external offices.
