- Backed by Insight Partners, a leading global software investor, Kaseya has experienced sustained double-digit growth and continues to expand its global footprint. Today, Kaseya supports customers in more than 20 countries and manages over 15 million endpoints worldwide.
- Founded in 2000, Kaseya was built by builders - and we're still building. We look for people who create rather than wait, who see a hard problem and lean in, and who treat challenges as raw material. At Kaseya, everyone plays a role in shaping the future of IT: whether you're in engineering, product, sales, marketing, customer support, or operations, your work helps protect, defend, and optimize IT environments across the globe.
- We're building teams that grow, perform, and make an impact. If you're driven by the itch to make things better - a product, a process, a career - you'll fit right in.
- At Kaseya, we don't just raise the bar. We build it.
- We are seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on Product Analyst to join our Business Information Systems (BIS) team. Working closely with the Product Manager, this individual will be responsible for defining, documenting, testing, and delivering enterprise capabilities supporting our Product Business Systems (PBS), the internal systems that support our Product organization, focusing on two main areas: business systems’ products and pricing, and software provisioning, usage, and overage.
About the role
- Kaseya is seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on Product Analyst to join the Business Information Systems (BIS) team.
- Working closely with the Product Manager, the role defines, documents, tests, and delivers enterprise capabilities supporting Product Business Systems (PBS).
- The position supports both the current operating environment and a future-state transformation anchored by Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Oracle ERP, and related boundary applications.
Responsibilities

- Develop deep working knowledge of PBS processes and data across current and future-state systems, including Salesforce, Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced, NetSuite, Oracle ERP, MuleSoft / Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Kaseya One, and key boundary applications.
- Partner with Finance, Billing Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Operations, Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify business rules, and validate solutions.
- Produce and maintain business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, data mappings, and decision logs.
- Perform gap analysis between current-state and future-state processes, documenting impacts, dependencies, and migration-readiness considerations.
- Maintain the Jira backlog day-to-day by writing clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria and keeping tracking elements up to date.
- Prepare and facilitate backlog refinement, participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, solution reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
- Define test strategy and write detailed test cases and scripts that trace directly back to requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users, prepare test data, track UAT progress, and obtain formal business sign-off.
- Validate post-release behavior in production, monitor data quality and defect trends, and feed findings back into the backlog.

- 5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst supporting CRM, ERP, billing, or revenue operations systems in an enterprise SaaS environment.
- Solid understanding of Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, or subscription lifecycle processes.
