About the role
- NetBrain is seeking a technically strong, highly collaborative Product Manager to serve as the connective tissue across product, marketing, and go-to-market teams.

Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and backlog for a defined product area, balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities.
- Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to identify problems worth solving, and translate findings into clear recommendations.
- Write user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria, and maintain feature documentation and internal knowledge resources.
- Gather and synthesize input from customers, Sales, and Support, and turn it into prioritized product improvements.
- Work with Engineering, Design, and QA through planning, development, and release, tracking progress, managing scope trade-offs, and removing blockers.
- Maintain roadmaps and timelines for your area and keep stakeholders informed on status, risks, and changes.
- Lead launches for small and mid-sized features, and support major launches, in partnership with Product Marketing and Customer Success.
- Validate features against requirements, triage issues with QA and Engineering, and make sure releases meet usability and quality standards.
- Define success metrics for your features, analyze usage and adoption data, and use results to inform iteration.
- Stay current on network automation, competitors, and AI trends that affect your product area.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort using data to evaluate decisions and measure outcomes
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Ability to collaborate across Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Support, and to influence without direct authority
