Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and translate insights into actionable product direction.
Drive shared understanding of product strategy across engineering, design, R&D, and commercial teams.
Produce written narratives, strategy documents, and PRDs to facilitate decision-making.
Balance short-term delivery with long-term product health by scoping execution risk and iterating based on evidence.
Contribute to improvements in product practice across the team.
Actively participate in PM hiring processes.

Significant experience in product management with direct ownership of a critical product domain.
Proven track record of connecting product outcomes to commercial results such as ARR, retention, or expansion.
Experience with zero-to-one product development in a complex, experience-driven space.
Experience building agentic or AI-powered products.
Strong written communication skills, including the ability to write strategy docs and PRDs that require no follow-up.
