Supabase is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Realtime product, which enables developers to build live, collaborative, and event-driven applications.
You will own the roadmap, packaging, and pricing for Realtime features including Broadcast, Presence, and Postgres Changes.
This role involves close collaboration with engineering and design teams to shape the developer experience for a global user base.

Collaborate with customers ranging from indie developers to enterprise teams to understand their needs.
Define problem statements and solution rationale for the Realtime product roadmap.
Work with Engineering and Design to shape the developer experience.
Shape the evolution of Realtime for future application experiences, including AI integration.
Own Realtime packaging and pricing in coordination with Finance and Billing.
Use data to analyze developer usage patterns and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain alignment across Engineering, Design, and GTM teams regarding product plans.

5+ years of Product Management experience on developer tools or equivalent experience as a founder.
Experience owning an app development platform, feature, or framework where real-time was core to the developer experience.
Ability to query and clean data to derive product insights.
Comfortable with Postgres and familiar with logical replication.
Ability to work asynchronously and make decisions in writing.
