About the role
- Brillio is seeking a Product Owner with at least 5 years of product ownership experience, focusing on Salesforce CPQ and Apttus CPQ solutions.
- The role involves driving the end-to-end product lifecycle, managing product backlogs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust CPQ features.
Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for Salesforce CPQ and Apttus CPQ, aligning product strategy with business objectives and maximizing value delivery
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from stakeholders to maintain a clear and actionable product backlog for CPQ enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and business analysts, to deliver robust CPQ features and customizations
- Design and implement pricing customizations, advanced approvals, and multi-dimensional quoting workflows within Salesforce CPQ and Apttus CPQ
- Configure and optimize product bundles, quote templates, contracts, and renewals to streamline quoting processes
- Monitor product performance, user adoption, and feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives and process automation
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, data integrity, and security protocols in all CPQ implementations
- Provide subject matter expertise on CPQ best practices, supporting training and documentation for end users
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist certification
- Apttus CPQ Certification or relevant product certification
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with CPQ analytics and reporting tools
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning platform enhancements
- Knowledge of API integrations between CPQ and external systems
- Understanding of subscription and recurring revenue models
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and product management frameworks
