About the role
- Cypher Games is looking for a passionate and analytically strong Product Specialist/Manager to take ownership of designing, developing, and improving mobile games played by millions.
- This is a hands-on role focused on shaping product strategy, translating player insights, and working with cross-functional teams to build global mobile gaming success stories.
Responsibilities
- Help to set the strategic direction for the games
- Test ongoing tasks and ensure that everything is on schedule
- Analyze the user data to make meaningful conclusions to developing the game and improve the user experience
- Work closely with development and design teams to execute the product roadmap
- Structure & run A/B tests and drive insights on game features
- Stay up-to-date with the mobile market, play and analyze mobile games, and share new insights with the team
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or Economics
- Product management experience in the game industry
- A good sense of gameplay experience and exceptional attention to details
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- A team player who can easily manage a business with cross-functional teams
