About the role
- Drive the global optimization and strategic evolution of Everpure’s supply chain network to ensure maximum operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
- Bridge industrial engineering rigor with data-driven decision-making, setting the analytical direction for network modeling to guide executive-level expansion and transformation plans.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across landed cost, service levels, manufacturing process capabilities, and CO2 emissions tracking while aligning closely with IT, hardware engineering, and global operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Guide Network Modeling & Strategic Decision-Making: Define scenario logic, digital twin framing criteria, and tradeoff analyses for the team's Network Design Modeler, translating operational data into defensible strategies for total landed cost, service levels, CO2 emissions, and go-to-market (GTM) readiness.
- Assess & Level Supply Base Capability: Evaluate and align global contract manufacturers (CMs) and facilities using JDM design RFQ processes, L6/L10 manufacturing maturity, test infrastructure, and resiliency criteria to ensure site-to-site process equivalency.
- Drive End-to-End Supply Chain Transformation: Lead multi-workstream transformation projects from inception to closure using Agile/Scrum and Waterfall frameworks to optimize technical scope, operational budgets, and cross-functional delivery.
- Own the Everpure Network Design Toolset Roadmap: Act as the product owner for Everpure’s network modeling tools, prioritizing features and user stories in partnership with IT and architecture teams to continuously enhance analytical capabilities.
- Optimize Factory Floor & Supply Base Processes: Identify continuous improvement opportunities across manufacturing operations to reduce cost, shorten lead times, and strengthen global risk management.
Requirements
- Industrial Engineering & Network Optimization Expertise: Proficiency in applying process analysis, simulation, and supply chain optimization methods to guide network design, paired with experience setting direction for modeling tools (e.g., Coupa Supply Chain Guru, AIMMS) and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Cross-Functional Technical Leadership: Demonstrated success in navigating ambiguity to lead technical transformation projects across supply chain, IT, and engineering teams using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Manufacturing & High-Tech Supply Base Knowledge: Practical understanding of contract manufacturing, JDM/ODM engagement models, test infrastructure, and factory qualification standards.
- AI & Workflow Automation Skills: Hands-on capability utilizing AI tools (such as Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude) to accelerate data analysis, automated reporting, and workflow efficiency.
- Travel: Domestic or international travel of 5% to 10% may be required.
- Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
