3+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, vendor management, production support, or a related role.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Experience maintaining trackers, documentation, budgets, and project information across multiple workstreams.
Experience with contracts, purchase orders, invoices, budgets, or similar operational processes.
Comfortable following established processes and ensuring others complete required actions.
Strong follow-through, reliably closing tasks.
Able to identify inconsistencies or missing information and resolve them.
Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
Comfortable working independently on recurring operational responsibilities.
