About the role
- Capco is seeking a Python Developer to join their team in Mumbai.
- The role involves working on development and programming, data processing and analytics, dashboard and reporting, and process automation.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and business users to deliver integrated solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Python applications, scripts, and tools to automate processes and improve operational efficiency
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code following best practices and design patterns
- Develop data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to integrate data from various sources
- Create and maintain APIs for internal applications and data services
- Implement unit tests and perform code reviews to ensure code quality and reliability
- Utilize Python libraries such as pandas, numpy, and scipy for data manipulation and analysis
- Create data visualizations using matplotlib, seaborn, or similar libraries to present findings
- Process and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful business insights
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for regular reporting and analytics
- Work with structured and unstructured data sources to build comprehensive solutions
