About the role
- PayPay is seeking a Financial Legal Specialist to support the rapid growth and service expansion of its fintech platform from a legal perspective.
- The role involves collaborating closely with business units from the planning stage of new businesses and services to handle legal considerations and regulations.
Responsibilities
- 新規事業・サービスに関する法的検討（事業部門との打合せ、法的整理検討、契約書レビュー等）
- 金融規制や業規制の調査
- 事業部門からの法律相談対応
Requirements
- 決済・金融いずれかの企業の法務部門における実務経験
- 弁護士事務所にて決済・金融の企業法務案件を担当したご経験
