The Recruiter will own the full-cycle recruitment process for a portfolio of client roles, acting as an individual contributor.
Responsibilities span from initial client kickoff calls and role scoping through to sourcing, screening, offer negotiation, and final placement.
The role requires hands-on management of searches and client relationships within a fully remote environment.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle end-to-end.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Lead and run kickoff calls to align on role requirements, hiring criteria, process, and timelines.
Source, screen, and assess candidates using traditional methods and AI-enabled tools.
Manage candidate pipelines and communication.
Negotiate offers and manage the process through to signed offer and placement.
Proactively flag risks, bottlenecks, or opportunities to clients and internal stakeholders.
Keep accurate, up-to-date records in the ATS and other recruitment systems.

2–3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally including full-cycle/full-desk recruiting.
Demonstrated experience managing the entire recruitment process from kickoff to placement.
Comfortable using AI tools to support sourcing, screening, and recruitment workflows.
High sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes.
Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
Self-motivated and organized with the discipline to manage a remote workload independently.
Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating with a distributed team.
