Anthropic is looking for a Recruiter to partner with our Communications team.
In this role, you will be the team's primary recruiter, owning searches from intake through offer and advising leaders on talent strategy.

Have a passion for AI's potential to positively impact the world, and a realistic view of its risks and limitations
Have recruited for communications, PR or adjacent roles, and understand what great looks like in that craft
Know how to find and engage candidates who are passive through a variety of creative channels
Build trust with senior leaders, and have the confidence to push back with data
Write clearly and pay close attention to detail, because candidates and comms leaders will notice both
Run a tight, high-touch process that respects candidates' time and helps hiring managers decide quickly
Turn hiring data into clear recommendations, not just status updates
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle executive and confidential searches with discretion

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
A field of study relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience

Have 10+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, with a track record of closing senior, hard-to-fill roles
Experience hiring for a high-growth technology company whose public narrative matters
A network across media, agency, and in-house communications talent
Experience supporting executive hiring
Experience using AI tools in your daily work, and are curious about where they can take recruiting next

Location-based hybrid policy expecting all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time, though some roles may require more time in our offices
