About the role
- The GTM Recruiter will manage full-cycle searches to build go-to-market teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and related departments.
- This individual contributor role involves partnering with hiring leaders to develop inclusive pipelines, utilize market data, and act as a trusted talent advisor.
- Team members are expected to incorporate AI into daily workflows to drive efficiency and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle searches for roles including Account Executives, Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Sales Development, and Sales Operations.
- Lead intake and kickoff conversations to align hiring teams on role scope, quota expectations, and interview plans.
- Partner with hiring teams to conduct structured, equitable interviews with clear competencies.
- Use talent-market research, compensation benchmarks, and funnel metrics to shape search strategy.
- Assess sales candidates on track record, quota attainment, and deal complexity.
- Build research-based, diversity-focused sourcing plans balancing passive talent, referrals, and internal candidates.
- Deliver a thoughtful candidate experience through proactive communication and offer negotiations.
- Improve recruiting practices by sharing learnings and using AI responsibly.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in Greenhouse.
Requirements
- Intermediate-level recruiting experience with a track record of owning full-cycle searches independently.
- Experience in sales or go-to-market recruiting, or a strong interest in learning sales segments, quotas, OTE, and sales cycles.
- Developing advisor skills, including building stakeholder trust and influencing without authority.
- Experience building proactive, diversity-focused sourcing strategies.
- Data-informed approach to turning funnel insights into practical actions.
- Strong organization across multiple requisitions and clear communication skills.
- Experience with an applicant tracking system and recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, Metaview, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Insights, or SeekOut.
- Ability to evaluate AI-generated work and protect confidential information.
