- The Role
- We're looking for a Recruiter to join the HR team at Felix, focused on two priority hiring streams: high volume full-cycle recruitment for Pharmacy employee roles across Felix Pharmacy East (Ontario) and Felix Pharmacy West (BC), and recruitment for our Health Care Practitioner Contractor roles supporting clinical operations.
- You'll own day-to-day recruitment execution for these populations while keeping candidate data, workflows, and reporting accurate and audit-ready. You'll partner closely with Pharmacy leadership and the clinical team, and collaborate with a small, high-impact HR team.
- This role reports to the VP, HR and is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable recruiting for licensed/regulated roles, and can ramp quickly in a fixed-term engagement.
About the role
- The Recruiter will manage high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for pharmacy roles across Ontario and BC, as well as clinical practitioner contractor roles. This role involves partnering with pharmacy and clinical leadership to define hiring needs and ensuring compliance with provincial licensure requirements. It is a fixed-term engagement reporting to the VP of HR.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume full-cycle recruitment for Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, and Pharmacy Assistants.
- Recruit Health Care Practitioner contractors to support clinical operations.
- Source talent through outbound channels, referrals, and industry networks.
- Partner with pharmacy and clinical leadership to define hiring needs, screening criteria, and interview structures.
- Prepare and issue employment and contractor agreements ensuring provincial compliance.
- Administer job postings, workflows, and candidate tracking in Ashby ATS.
- Coordinate interview scheduling across pharmacy and clinical teams.
- Support onboarding, including verification of licensure and credentials.
- Manage candidate and new-hire data within the HRIS.
- Collaborate with Finance and Payroll for new-hire and contractor updates.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in recruitment.
- Experience recruiting licensed or regulated professionals within a Canadian environment.
- Working knowledge of provincial licensure and regulatory bodies (e.g., OCP, CPBC) or ability to learn quickly.
- Hands-on experience with Ashby ATS.
- Experience with modern HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, HiBob).
- Detail-oriented mindset for employment agreements and data management.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Preferred qualifications
- Dedicated experience recruiting Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, and/or Pharmacy Assistants.
- Experience recruiting clinical practitioners such as physicians or nurse practitioners.
