Schedule interview loops within 2 business days of candidate advancement with 90%+ SLA attainment
Reduce average time-to-schedule by 25% using AI and automation
Maintain 98%+ accuracy in Ashby regarding candidate stages, feedback, and dispositions
Achieve 90%+ interview feedback submission within 24 hours through proactive follow-up
Deliver a seamless candidate experience across onsite interviews, virtual loops, and travel logistics
Identify recurring hiring process friction and recommend 2–3 actionable process improvements per quarter

Ability to manage multiple moving pieces including calendars, time zones, and stakeholders
Strong written communication skills for candidate correspondence
Proficiency in designing Human+AI workflows for coordination
Experience building templates, automations, or systems to remove manual work
Experience maintaining an ATS with high data hygiene standards
Ability to prioritize shifting requests and flag conflicts early
Ability to handle confidential candidate and interview information with discretion

1–3 years in recruiting coordination, scheduling, or a similar operations role
Hands-on experience with Ashby or another modern ATS
Experience building automation or AI-assisted workflows such as Zapier, scripts, or LLM prompts
Experience supporting technical or high-volume hiring at a fast-growing company
