The Recruiting Coordinator joins the Talent team to support Harvey's rapidly growing hiring efforts across the business.
This role drives the operational backbone of recruiting by owning end-to-end interview coordination, candidate communications, and scheduling logistics.
The position involves partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional leaders to ensure a seamless, high-touch interview experience.

Own end-to-end interview scheduling and coordination for roles across G&A, GTM, and Engineering, Product, and Design.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview lifecycle.
Deliver an exceptional and on-brand candidate experience.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to manage interview logistics, panel selection, calendar coordination, and candidate communications.
Maintain and continuously improve scheduling workflows, documentation, and coordination processes.
Support onboarding logistics and broader talent operations projects as the operations team scales.

1–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, executive assistance, or a similar fast-paced operational role.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Candidate-first mindset.
Comfort working in a hybrid environment and adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse) and modern scheduling tools.
Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a bias toward action.
