Develop best practices to scale team impact.
Coach and mentor Partner Program Managers into cross-functional leaders.
Manage a portfolio of principal-level initiatives to build the future of the Magic franchise.
Assess and craft pitches for new Universes Beyond sets.
Serve as the primary partner specialist within Wizards of the Coast.
Coach teams on effective partner engagement and communication.

Proven program management leadership experience.
Track record of succeeding in ambiguity and operating in complex, matrixed organizations.
Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and lead senior program managers.
Strategic vision to identify and build new opportunities.
Creative and editorial judgment to evaluate pitches.
Outstanding relationship-building and influencing abilities.
Extensive knowledge of the Magic ecosystem and partner programs.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Ability to curate and interpret data to develop actionable recommendations.
