The Recruiting Specialist will focus on the early stages of the hiring process, serving as a primary reviewer for incoming job applications.
This role involves recruiting for software engineering summer internship positions and maintaining records in the Greenhouse ATS.

Review inbound applications and evaluate qualifications against defined criteria.
Participate in kickoff meetings with recruiters and hiring managers to align on ideal profiles.
Collaborate with the recruiting team and hiring managers to understand evolving business needs.
Recruit for software engineer summer internship positions.
Ensure a positive experience for internship candidates from application to onboarding.
Maintain accurate records in Greenhouse ATS.

Bachelor’s degree.
1+ years of relevant experience in recruiting.
Experience with screening candidate resumes and assessing skills and qualifications.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Excellent event and project/program coordination skills.
Energetic and eager to learn.
