About the role
- The Research Operations Analyst will manage the day-to-day delivery of research projects, ensuring insights are effectively communicated and integrated into product features.
- This role involves building scalable systems, managing research workflows, and maintaining operational dashboards to support the company's logistics technology development.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day delivery and escalations across live research projects, including participant recruitment and panel management.
- Coordinate scheduling and resourcing across product, research, and partnership teams.
- Support on-site field studies at warehouses.
- Shape intake and briefing processes, workstack tracking, debrief templates, and documentation.
- Manage and evolve the Notion Hub and Slack channels for insight dissemination.
- Build workflows, tooling, and automation to scale delivery and reporting.
- Turn product bets into repeatable delivery processes.
- Capture and catalogue insights for internal and external audiences.
- Track feedback and performance data for weekly and monthly insight reports.
- Maintain shared operating dashboards, KPIs, and OKRs.
Requirements
- Around 4 years of experience in operations, programme coordination, delivery, or research ops.
- Strong organisation skills.
- Confidence juggling multiple SLAs and stakeholders.
- Comfort with workflow tools and dashboards.
- Curiosity about research and a desire to move towards research execution.
