About the role
- Clutch is seeking a Retail Advisor (Inbound Field Specialist) to serve as the face of the company at the Mississauga location.
- The role involves greeting customers who pick up or sell their vehicles, delivering a unique experience in a dynamic customer and transportation position.
Responsibilities
- Delivering a uniquely special experience to each and every one of our customers.
- Addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint throughout their appointment with exceptional customer service skills.
- Inspecting vehicles with a sharp eye for detail, carefully assessing both cosmetic and mechanical aspects to identify potential issues.
- Accurately and efficiently completing customer paperwork and taking thorough notes in the customer tracking system inside the facility.
- Assisting other team members with various tasks as necessary.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience
- A G Drivers License (valid in Ontario)
- 3 years of clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions
- Clean criminal background check
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Minimum of 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed, including a schedule of 4 weekdays plus 1 weekend date
Preferred qualifications
- 1+ years experience in the automotive industry an asset
- Valid OMVIC License
- A passion for cars and the automotive industry
- Experience with warranty products so that you can answer any question that arise during the process
