About the role
- The Revenue Analyst, Order to Cash will support the accuracy and reliability of data flowing through Sonar’s revenue accounting processes. This role focuses on managing data between Salesforce CPQ and Aptitude RevStream to ensure efficient and scalable revenue processing.
Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, transform, and load Salesforce CPQ and billing data.
- Reconcile billing data and maintain supporting schedules for monthly and quarterly closes.
- Investigate and resolve recurring data exceptions such as upgrades, amendments, and prorated transactions.
- Support revenue recognition rule testing and product configuration.
- Develop and maintain SQL reports and Excel-based transformations to identify data inconsistencies.
- Identify opportunities to use automation and AI-enabled tools to reduce manual work.
- Prepare data lineage, reconciliation support, and process documentation for audits.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in O2C data operations, revenue systems, or data engineering.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to document repeatable procedures.
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate across Finance and BizTech teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience.

- Experience using Aptitude RevStream
- Experience using SFDC
- Experience using NetSuite
- Experience using Stripe
Workplace
- Role is based in Austin.
- In-office culture with three anchor days: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
- Candidates must be based in the location; relocation support is available for the right person.
