About the role
- A reliable and friendly Room Attendant will provide superb customer service to our guests.
- Your duties will include ensuring that assigned rooms are fully stocked, cleaned, and serviced to a high standard.
- You should also be able to resolve guest complaints and queries promptly and in a polite manner.
Responsibilities
- To ensure cleanliness of guest, deep cleaning rooms on the daily basis, ensure all linen is changed on the daily basis.
- Removing of all linen and trash from the room Cleaning of bathrooms and disinfecting.
- Replacing all used amenities after every guest Departure.
- Prepare bed and with linen, ensure linen is free of stain and or rips.
- Reporting of any defects in a guest room and or thru out the hotel.
- Vacuum every room Sweep and mop daily.
- Understanding and knowledge of property amenities.
- Assisting guests as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
Requirements
- Basic verbal communication skills.
- Flexible schedule.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
