Responsibilities
- Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms and perform deep cleaning on a daily basis.
- Change linen daily and ensure it is free of stains or rips.
- Remove all linen and trash from rooms.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms.
- Replace all used amenities after every guest departure.
- Report any defects in guest rooms or throughout the hotel.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop rooms daily.
- Maintain knowledge of property amenities.
- Assist guests as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Requirements
- Basic verbal communication skills.
- Flexible schedule.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands.
- Must be able to move, pull, push, carry or lift at least 30 pounds.
- Must be able to occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb.
- Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for long periods of time.
