- The Leadership Development Program provides an opportunity for college graduates to start a career in a dynamic and fast-paced global FinTech firm.
- Analysts spend the first 18 months of their career in three unique, 6-month rotations covering a broad range of ION's core capabilities before transitioning to a deeper dive in one area.
- Analysts work at the forefront of the FinTech industry in teams with fellow analysts and experienced subject matter experts.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of challenging projects that make a real difference to the company and customers after completing the induction program
- Explore various roles across multiple ION divisions during rotations
- Pursue interests and skills outside of the rotation to further yourself and the organization
- Fill a business need in the home office during the first rotation
- Complete online verbal and numerical reasoning assessments within 4 days of receiving the test link
- Participate in a video interview as part of the application process
- Attend an assessment day at the London office consisting of interviews, a case study, and a group exercise
