Gruve is looking for a talented Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to work in Seoul, Korea within the Customer Experience business.
In this role, you will design, build, and maintain marketing solutions on Salesforce Marketing Cloud that align with business needs.
You will collaborate closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to translate marketing requirements into technical solutions.

Design, build, and develop marketing systems on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Design Data Extensions, integrate customer data, and process data and build segments using SQL.
Implement automation using Journey Builder and Automation Studio, and develop personalized messages.
Integrate messaging channels including Email, SMS/MMS, and KakaoTalk.
Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Analyze and resolve system issues to ensure stable operations.
Work closely with project teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and deliver features.
Maintain technical documentation for developed features and integrations.
