Assist with department hiring and new hire orientation training as a coach.
Provide on-the-job training for new security officers.
Fill in for Senior Supervisor open shifts as needed.
Communicate incidents via radio and compile information for supervisors.
Maintain guest, team member, and company confidentiality.
Perform duties across various posts, including sensitive or high-profile areas.

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1-2 years of related work experience.
Currently a full-time officer in good standing with at least 1 year of service in the department.
Ability to work any shift as needed.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in English.
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
Ability to walk, stand, and climb stairs for more than 4 hours.
Understanding of rules of law and penal codes.
Ability to interact effectively with angry or emotional individuals.
