About the role
- Capco is seeking a Senior AI Product Analyst to support a leading Corporate & Investment Bank in the design and delivery of an in-house LLM-based productivity tool. This role involves working within a growing data and AI practice to drive digital transformation for financial services clients.
Responsibilities
- Support the Product Owner in shaping and delivering an in-house LLM productivity tool used by 200,000+ colleagues.
- Contribute to roadmap execution, product vision, and feature planning.
- Develop and refine product features by gathering user insights, analyzing MI, conducting research, and tracking user behavior.
- Work closely with Engineering to translate feature ideas into clear requirements.
- Maintain an organized and prioritized product backlog.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and regional teams to collect feedback and support product adoption.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience across financial services and/or consulting.
- Experience supporting product development or product ownership.
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Basic knowledge of Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI safety principles.
- Familiarity with large-scale transformation initiatives involving data, analytics, or AI/ML technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate with limited guidance in a fast-changing environment.
