Responsibilities
- Shape marketing deployment strategies by modeling player behavior at scale.
- Improve performance measurement frameworks, including causal impact estimation and user lifetime value analysis.
- Create and improve tools for optimizing acquisition campaigns.
- Build capabilities to run experiments for creative assets and marketing operations.
- Support marketing decision-making through high-quality data products and dashboards.
- Incorporate agentic AI into daily operations to monitor, diagnose, and act on campaigns.
- Develop frameworks for continuous improvement of the end-to-end ecosystem.
Requirements
- Experience applying statistical or machine learning techniques such as causal inference, experimentation design, and predictive models.
- Experience designing and developing data-intensive applications in the cloud.
- Proficiency in Spark, SQL, Python, and Airflow.
- Excellent high-level communication skills.
- Proficiency in written English.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience using AI tools to multiply output.
- Experience building agentic workflows.
