The Senior Delivery Manager will lead the delivery of customer-facing technology programs across cloud, data, AI, analytics, and application development. Plan and manage the delivery of software, cloud, data, and AI transformation programs.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of overall experience in Software Engineering, Technical Leadership, Project Delivery, or Program Management.
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager, Technical Delivery Manager, Program Manager, Scrum Master, or Engineering Delivery Lead.
Background as a Software Engineer, Technical Lead, Engineering Lead, or Solution Architect.
Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale software, cloud, data, analytics, or AI programs in consulting or professional services.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and SDLC.
Experience managing distributed cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects.
Ability to understand system architecture, cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
Experience working with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Experience working in consulting, system integration, or professional services.
Experience delivering cloud migration, data modernization, AI/ML, GenAI, or digital transformation programs.
Scrum Master certifications such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master.
Exposure to Google Cloud technologies and AI-driven solutions.
Experience managing globally distributed teams and enterprise customers.
Strong customer-facing consulting and executive stakeholder management experience.
