The Senior Designer will work in collaboration with clients to develop effective, needs-based content and digital media campaigns across categories including Foods, Refreshment, Home Care, and Beauty/Personal Care.
This role involves taking design projects from brief through to completion, producing innovative work for e-commerce and social media while adhering to brand guidelines.
The position requires a conceptual designer with beauty and BPC experience to influence clients with creative input and pitch new concepts.

Produce beautiful and innovative designs for websites, e-commerce pages (A+ and Shopalyst), and social media channels.
Manage the full design lifecycle from concept to execution.
Develop a deep understanding of target audiences and marketing strategy to deliver high-quality results.
Pitch creative solutions in response to marketing strategies.
Oversee and manage the preparation of all finished files to comply with output specifications.
Work closely with clients during project kick-offs.
Organize and prioritize workloads to manage client delivery.
Influence clients with creative input and conceptual ideas.

Expertise in beauty and BPC brands.
On- and offline design experience with an emphasis on digital.
Excellent Adobe CS skills.
Retouching experience and skills to mid-level.
Ability to take ownership of projects from concept through to completion.
Consistent record of delivering design projects within agreed deadlines.
Strong client liaison skills with a track record of developing client relationships.
Ability to work under own initiative and with little supervision.
Passion for and inquisitiveness about AI and new technologies.
Ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools.

Understanding of design principles and awareness of UX, UI, and Responsive Design trends.
Working knowledge of After Effects animation.
Understanding and knowledge of AI tools.
