About the role
- The Senior DevOps Engineer will join the Cyber Fraud and Risk Management (CFRM) segment to help prevent cyber fraud.
- This role involves leading the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of live production applications for high-profile corporate customers.
- The position requires a subject matter expert to architect infrastructure, mentor junior engineers, and implement AI-driven automation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of live production applications ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
- Architect and enhance deployment automation, monitoring, logging, and alerting infrastructure.
- Identify and implement AI-driven automation opportunities across DevOps, observability, and incident management.
- Serve as a technical mentor, guiding junior engineers and reviewing code and configurations.
- Evaluate and introduce emerging DevOps tools, frameworks, and best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Support, and Security teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or similar roles in complex, production-grade environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes (Kustomize, Helm, Argo CD).
- Proficiency with at least one programming/scripting language (Python, Bash, or similar).
- Advanced experience with SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or Oracle.
- Expertise in Linux-based operating systems and systems administration.
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code and configuration management tools (Puppet, Ansible, Terraform, or equivalent).
