- Partner with the People team on the design and legal review of compensation and benefits structures across international markets.
- Support international expansion into new markets by scoping employment law requirements, advising on entity vs. EOR tradeoffs, and helping stand up compliant local employment frameworks.
- Monitor and interpret legislative and regulatory developments across Oura's international employment footprint and proactively update policies, templates, and practices.
- Manage and provide strategic direction to external employment counsel across jurisdictions, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and consistency.
- Support the corporate governance framework for Oura's international subsidiaries, ensuring each entity operates in compliance with its articles of association, company law, and group governance policies.
