- Build relationships with stakeholders across StratOps, Product, and TS teams to understand their needs and help coordinate deliverables and scope.
- Use program and performance data to spot trends, flag gaps, and help make the case for what's working and what isn't.
- Help build and deliver updates and presentations that translate program data into a clear, compelling story for stakeholders.
- Build and maintain program plans and timelines, keeping priorities and trade-offs visible to your team and cross-functional partners.
- Take part in interviews, pulse checks, and needs assessments with TS teams to build a grounded understanding of regional and functional needs.

- Experience with data visualization or analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, MetaBase, Google Suite) for maintaining and interpreting program data.
- Familiar with collaboration and workflow tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Slack).
- A proactive self-starter with an owner mentality and a passion for process improvement and operational excellence.
