The Senior Full Stack Engineer on the AgentControl team will build critical web applications and distributed systems that power AI evaluations at scale. This role focuses on managing the software development lifecycle for shipping agents, including benchmarking, observability, and prompt optimization.

Build and maintain scalable backend services, distributed systems, and APIs for the AgentControl product
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to improve GenAI workflows
Stay current with AI field developments and software development best practices
Continuously optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability
Drive architecture and design discussions while identifying trade-offs
Take ownership of production code and participate in on-call rotations
Support teammates through design reviews, knowledge sharing, and informal mentorship

7+ years of professional software engineering experience
Track record of shipping production-quality full-stack features
Understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning models, or deploying AI services in production
Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining RESTful APIs
Experience writing production-ready code with emphasis on quality and maintainability
Experience with distributed systems or data ingestion
Strong computer science fundamentals
Proven ability to work closely with Product and Design teams in a fast-paced environment

Hands-on experience building GenAI features or Agents
Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs)
Experience with direct model integration or AI APIs like OpenAI, Google Cloud AI, or AWS Bedrock
