Mindtickle is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own and shape the end-to-end experience for sales professionals using their AI-powered revenue enablement platform.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design AI-native workflows that help sellers prepare for meetings, manage deals, and engage buyers effectively.

Own end-to-end design for the seller's daily experience, from problem framing and research through prototypes, high-fidelity design, and post-launch iteration.
Break ambiguous problems into clear bets and a sequenced plan that product and engineering can act on.
Design AI-native experiences where recommended practice and training, generated content, and conversational interfaces earn the seller's trust.
Design for multiple roles including enablement admins, sales reps, managers, and buyers.
Create patterns and frameworks that keep experiences consistent across surfaces and channels.
Contribute to the design system.
Use research and product data to make decisions and measure the impact of work after launch.
Make judgment calls on scope, quality, and speed, and negotiate them openly with partners.

5+ years designing complex products, mostly in B2B SaaS.
Shipped work on AI-powered products with demonstrated ability to handle uncertainty, errors, and user trust.
Experience designing workflow-heavy tools for professionals.
A portfolio that shows your thinking, including the problem, rejected options, and rationale.
Strong interaction and visual craft.
Fluency in working with design systems and UI libraries.
Systems thinking: ability to design the underlying model before the screens.
Ability to prototype in Figma and AI prototyping tools such as Claude Design or Figma Make.
Comfortable with incomplete information and bringing a team to a decision.
