About the role
- OKX is seeking a Senior Product Director, AI & Agent (Chatbot) to own the full AI product agenda, spanning outward-facing crypto-native AI assistants and inward-facing agentic systems.
- The role involves leading the strategy and execution of conversational AI, internal operational agent systems, and shared AI platform infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and execution of OKX's conversational AI assistant to enable user onboarding, trading, information, and support through natural language.
- Own the agentic AI roadmap for internal functions including compliance, risk, fraud, and operations.
- Identify high-leverage workflows and lead their systematic transformation into agent-driven systems with traceable and regulatorily defensible outputs.
- Own the product design of shared infrastructure powering orchestration, evaluation, safety architecture, and governance layers.
Requirements
- 12+ years in product & tech, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role owning technically complex products at scale.
- Proven track record shipping conversational AI or agentic AI products as the owner.
- Deep familiarity with LLM product architecture: multi-agent systems, RAG, tool use, evaluation, and safety design.
- Experience operating in regulated environments where auditability and explainability are hard requirements.
- Strong consumer product instinct alongside operational product rigor.
- Fluency in financial markets and what it takes to earn user and institutional trust.
- Executive-level communication in English and Mandarin.
