- Krafton is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and manage the roadmap for India-facing features, collaboration events, and engagement loops.
- The role involves leading live-ops execution, driving user growth, and optimizing features based on player data and market trends for the Indian market.
Responsibilities
- Act as Product Manager, define and manage the roadmap for India-facing features, collaboration events, and engagement loops.
- Write clear PRDs, set success metrics, and make data-driven product decisions.
- Act as feature producer: plan sprints, track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery.
- Lead live-ops execution, including events, content updates, reward systems, and real-time issue handling.
- Drive user growth, onboarding, retention, and monetization improvements for the Indian market.
- Collaborate with central teams, external partners, and marketing on feature launches and IP tie-ups.
- Analyze player data and market trends to optimize features and event performance.
Requirements
- 7–10 years in mobile gaming product management or production.
- Strong understanding of F2P systems, live-ops, and mobile game KPIs.
- Experience working cross-functionally with design, engineering, QA, and data.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and project management skills.
- Available for International travel and work with cross-continent teams
- Passion for shooter games & Indian mobile gaming trends.
Preferred qualifications
- Understands Analytics, Product Development, Producer Scrums very well, (AI part will be taught on the job)
