About the role
- This is a high impact role based in Amsterdam and part of the FX and Cash Management team.
- We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about financial technology, adopts an AI-first product development mindset, and is excited about Adyen’s opportunity to grow its financial products business by 10x in the next 2-5 yrs.
Responsibilities
- Set strategy and roadmap for the FX and cash management team.
- Lead execution working closely with the Engineering, Product, Treasury, Finance and Commercial teams, to deliver a cohesive FX platform that scales globally without compromising reliability or trust.
- Establish governance for FX across multiple teams and departments, defining success and operational metrics, driving alignment across Adyen.
- Build a first-in-class Treasury Management System that serves both the needs of our customers and our internal teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years building high-scale platforms in fast growing tech or fintech environments.
- 2+ years of experience in FX and/or cash management
- Track record of delivering complex product and platform initiatives at scale.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity with high autonomy and ownership.
- Demonstrated ability of setting vision and strategy for teams.
- Strong sense of initiative and self-motivation.
