About the role
- Robinhood is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Gold Growth team, owning key levers of the membership funnel and driving business outcomes.
- The role involves deciding where to invest across acquisition, trial-to-paid conversion, engagement, and retention for Robinhood Gold, a premium membership program.
- This position is based in Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and roadmap for Gold growth across the full member lifecycle, from discovery and trial to paid conversion, activation of benefits, and long-term retention.
- Drive business impact end to end, including new member growth, trial-to-paid conversion, churn reduction, and member lifetime value.
- Build and run a high-velocity experimentation program with data science, including generating hypotheses, sizing opportunities, designing A/B tests, and turning results into decisions.
- Make hard trade-off decisions across growth, member experience, and economics, backing them with clear reasoning and data.
- Work hand in hand with design and engineering to build intuitive, persuasive consumer experiences, addressing entry points, paywalls, onboarding flows, copy, and UI.
- Operate as the owner of the area by finding high-leverage growth opportunities, writing plans, rallying partners across engineering, design, marketing, finance, legal, and compliance, and shipping with minimal oversight.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years building consumer-facing products where you owned the end-to-end UI/UX alongside design partners.
- Track record of driving measurable business outcomes in a growth context, such as acquisition, paid conversion, retention, revenue, or unit economics.
- Strong product judgment and comfort making trade-offs under ambiguity.
- Analytically fluent with experience partnering closely with data scientists on experimentation, funnel analysis, opportunity sizing, and impact measurement.
- High bar for consumer craft, caring about the details of a great experience and being able to articulate why one design converts better than another.
- Self-starter who executes independently, creates clarity for others, and needs little guidance to take a problem from idea to shipped product.
